This map is only as right as the last person who checked it. If you fly through something it has wrong, one message fixes it for everybody who looks after you.

There is no ticket queue and no form. Everything comes to me, and either way reaches the same person, so use whichever you already have open.

What is worth reporting
Anything that would send somebody to the wrong place. The upgrades in particular are kept by hand, because CCP publishes no way to read them, so they go stale the moment a hub changes and nobody notices.
Upgrades that have changed
An array that came down, a new one that went up, or one the map calls online that is sitting cold. This is the most useful thing you can send.
Space that changed hands
Sovereignty syncs from ESI on its own, but if the map shows the wrong holder for a system, say so.
Ansiblex links
Bridges that moved, went offline, or now belong to somebody else.
Notes and zones gone stale
A system note that is no longer true, or an Area of Play whose description does not match what leadership actually wants there now.
Access problems
Signed in and told your alliance is not authorised, when it should be. Send me your character and alliance name.
Editor access
If you want to keep your own alliance's systems current yourself rather than reporting them, ask and I will set you up.
What to put in the message
A correction takes about ten seconds to apply when it arrives complete, and a couple of messages back and forth when it does not.
- The system. Its name is enough.
- What the map says. For example, that it lists a Sanctum array as online.
- What it actually is. What you saw in the Sovereignty Hub, or on grid.
- Roughly when you saw it. Today, this morning, last night. It matters because somebody else may have changed it since.
Even better, if you are already in the hub: open its upgrade list in game, select the rows and copy them, then send me the text. The map can paste that straight in, which is both faster and more accurate than either of us typing it out.
Ideas are welcome too
Most of what the map does started as somebody saying it would be handy if it did. If you want a filter that does not exist, a badge for something the map does not track, or your language translated properly rather than roughly, tell me that as well.
Credit where it is due
Most of the upgrades on this map are here because Cypress Penken went and looked. Flying system after system and reading each hub is the unglamorous half of this project, and Cypress did the bulk of it. Keeping it right from here is everybody's job: fly through, notice, and say something.
